Policies at All Things Jerky
In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. How We Do It
Online orders can only be shipped to all 50 states (international shipping not available).
Military shipping is available to FPO/APO address.
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the contiguous United States via USPS Priority Mail or UPS (United Parcel Service). Our FREE SHIPPING policy applies to all orders of $49.00 or more. Orders of less than $49.00 will be billed at a FLAT RATE of $10.00. The selection of shipping method is at our discretion.
What if I accidentally provided All Things Jerky with the wrong ship-to address?
If for some reason you provided us with the wrong shipping information upon checkout and the order is returned to our warehouse then yes you are responsible for shipping costs associated with re-sending the order to the correct address.
*Please note during holidays and other peak seasons your shipment may be slower than normal via USPS.
Returns & Refunds Policy
The Small Print
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from All Things Jerky then we would like to hear from you. Please click the link below to send a detailed e-mail expressing your concerns. Or call All Things Jerky at 920-830-4170. We will gladly refund the purchase price of the product minus actual shipping costs on any unopened, re-sellable merchandise that is returned within 21 days of ordering. If the package has been opened or product has been eaten, we cannot provide a refund. Refunds for items returned within twenty-one days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
*Full purchase price will be refunded if we determine that the returned item(s) are associated with a product defect or if the order was incorrect due to an internal mistake by All Things Jerky.
